**Technical Records Specialist**

**Description**
- Monitor and manage proper documentation procedures to maintain aircraft airworthiness
- Update and maintain all incoming MRO / CRO project input and output date tracking
- Generation of work card / work sheets / log book summary / CRS and preparation of FAA 8130-3
- Review all work pack for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to QA for ARC issuance or CRS issuance
- Ensure aircraft status and or component status, documentations and certifications are up to date and in airworthy state upon delivery to customer
- Ensure that work pack in RAMCO system or equivalent ERP system as well as manual work pack are systematically uploaded / issued and monitored and timely closure accordingly with all the necessary information annotated by the MRO / CRO engineer
- Ensure that maintenance schedule revision status in RAMCO system or equivalent ERP system as well as manual work pack are systematically monitored and updated with the latest revision per BELL manual or customer approved maintenance schedule
- Timely issue of maintenance forecast for any upcoming schedule inspection or ADs / ASB compliance for aircraft under BTA MRO / CRO care
- Ensure all log book summary and CRS entry are timely issued and archive
- Archive and scan all completed work pack in the shared folders for mandatory iaw to Air Worthiness Authority Regulation / Requirement
- Ensures new aircraft and ad hoc MRO aircraft and or CRO input documentation procedures are diligently followed through
- Defines the activities necessary for status of arrival and departure aircraft to ensure completion of job requirement and delivery within customer's satisfactory timeframe
- Compile aircraft and or component document check list upon aircraft arrival and / or aircraft acceptance for accuracy of documentations provided by BTA before delivery to customer
- Issue aircraft work pack, technical log and relevant documents for release of aircraft timely to maximize an efficient workflow
- Ensure that technical log are properly and accurately updated by the pilot post every flight
- Ensure work pack are reviewed for completeness and accuracy prior to submission to QA. He / She need to work with MRO / CRO engineer for such completeness and accuracy of related work pack.
- Improve existing processes and system to enhance efficiency, better co-ordination and ensure higher customer satisfaction
- Participate in overseas aircraft survey when needed for documentation checks and report on outstanding schedule inspection due list report to assist in the quotation generation for MRO / CRO project
- Participate in the constant improvement in the ERP (RAMCO) system
- Assist in all other planning and or MRO / CRO functions as required.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma (preferably with aviation courses) / 'A' Level
- Minimum 3-5 years of technical records or CAMO function experience in a MRO environment
- FAA A&P holder or equivalent or relevant experience
- Experienced in ERP System - SAP & RAMCO
