We are seeking a skilled Medical Record Specialist to join our team.
- Main Responsibilities
- Accurately check in and out medical records from various departments.
- Effectively track and monitor medical records movement and transactions.
- Prepare and process medical records for digitisation, ensuring high-quality output.
- Operate scanning equipment and software to digitise medical records with precision.
- Perform quality control checks on digitised documents to maintain accuracy.
- Assist in indexing and uploading of digitised records to hospital systems efficiently.
- Support scanning and indexing functions across multiple hospital departments.
- Coordinate with other teams for medical record retrieval and management, promoting seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the team on projects aimed at enhancing and automating digitisation processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive as needed, fostering a productive work environment.
- Necessary Qualifications
- Diploma in any general discipline is required for this role.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in administration is necessary for success.
- Technical proficiency, computer literacy, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility are essential skills.
- The ability to adapt to changes in fast-paced environments is crucial for this position.
