**As a Medical Record Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties**:
- Oversee and manage medical records such as scanning and performing accurate indexing for retrieval, processing, delivery and release of medical records.
- Uploading information to electronic medical records (EMR).
- Carry out data entry and clerical tasks in the Medical Record Office and address escalations as needed.
- Manage stakeholder concerns and expectations during times of service delays or disruptions.
- Strictly adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Occasionally cover counter duties when clinic assistants are not available.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level or Certificate in any field of studies
