ALG is currently recruiting a **Technical Records & Order Receiving Officer** for an International Airline client with offices in Singapore. This is a full-time 1-year contract position with a possible extension.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Technical Records & Order Receiving Officer is responsible for ensuring all required regulatory compliance records are entered and validated into the MIS TRAX, and then archived in accordance with the CASA regulations.
- Perform Order Receiving of components and parts in TRAX.

Operational
- Quality Control of all Technical Data entered into the MIS-TRAX against original Technical Records. Inclusive of:

- Technical Logs & Flight Technical Logs
- Flight Logs
- Task Card & Non Routine Task annotations.
- Component changes.
- If any anomalies on the original documentation, reject to the author for revision.
- Identify discrepancies in configuration and effectivity within TRAX and escalate to the Configuration Control team.
- Archiving of all processed paperwork into an electronic media archive.
- Coordination of all Technical Log Book copies, post data entry into TRAX.
- Entry of Aircraft Hours and Cycles data into TRAX in a timely fashion.
- Assisting External Maintenance Managers in any other tasks as required.
- Assisting the Tech Records Team Leader in collating data for reports as required.
- Overseas travel will be required to support external maintenance activities.
- Perform regular internal QA audits of Technical Records entered into TRAX.
- Escalate complex issues which impact on the completion of component changes.
- Monitor the Pending Technical Records report, ensure component changes are expedited and completed prior to the release of every C-check aircraft.
- Perform Order Receiving of components and parts in Trax

Safety and Compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained;
- Monitor and review departmental OHS performance.
- Comply with the Group management system standards and associated policies in the workplace.
- Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance targets are achieved
- Be a Safety Leader within the airline CAMO
- Ensure adequate OHS resources are provided to implement and maintain the S.A.F.E. System and associated programs.
- Demonstrate commitment and leadership to OHS by participating in meetings, inspections, promotions and other appropriate activities Encourage and promote the involvement of all employees in achieving a safe and healthy workplace.
- Act with due care/consideration to safeguard own health and safety and that of others.
- Ensure compliance with safe working practices.
- Comply with all Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountability as detailed in the airline Policies and Procedures
- Comply with all responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities as required by the Group management system standard and associated policies

**Job Requirements**:

- MIS (TRAX) Data entry.
- Technical Records processing within aviation or similar.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of software solutions.
- Proven customer service skills - capable of identifying customer needs and resolving customer issues
- Ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Departmental processes and procedures.
- Process driven, with experience in constructing new process's to deliver business goals.
- Highly motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Able to build effective working relationships, enjoy working in a team.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
