  • Support the implementation of hospital-wide strategic initiatives related to surgical care, including project management and collaboration with other departments.
  • Identify and implement improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
  • Contribute to budgetary planning, cost control, and financial reporting related to surgical care services.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical leads, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide administrative and HR support for the surgical care team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in operations management, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in project management and financial aspects of healthcare is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
