Property Asset Manager Job Summary

As a Property Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site functions run smoothly and that we adhere to legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Building Manager in managing site operations, including coordinating with sub-contractors and supervising facility management activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on site performance, highlighting key issues and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Property, Estate, Facilities Management or Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven knowledge of building works and facilities management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse groups.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. They will also be able to work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions.
