Seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our human resources department in the construction industry.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company as an HR Manager. You will be responsible for managing all HR-related matters, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Oversee and manage all HR-related matters, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Manage full-cycle payroll for management-level employees.
- Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 junior HR staff, providing guidance and development support.
- Ensure compliance with all MOM regulations and employment laws, particularly for foreign workforce management.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategies to support business growth.
- Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and quota management for approximately 150 foreign workers.
- Support HR needs for a growing team of 50+ office and operational staff.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the construction industry is a must.
- Proven experience in managing a team and handling strategic HR matters.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Experience handling foreign worker matters and management payroll.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
