Job Description:

We're seeking a full-time Matcha Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Set up the stall for operations, including arranging equipment and preparing ingredients
  • Conduct inventory checks and update stock levels to maintain optimal supplies
  • Prepare and serve matcha drinks to our customers, adhering to high standards of quality and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Reliability, responsibility, and independence
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Eager to learn and take initiative
  • Some experience in food and beverage or service-related industries (not essential)
