Matcha Tea Barista

This role requires a friendly and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Matcha Tea Barista. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a delightful experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Attending to Customers' Enquiries: Respond promptly and politely to customers' questions and concerns, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Preparing and Serving Food and Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Setting Up and Clearing Down Operations: Effectively set up and clear down operations, ensuring the outlet is ready for business and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
  • Experience and Interest in F&B: Possess 1-2 years' experience in the food and beverage industry and demonstrate a genuine interest in the field.
  • Able to Work Weekends & Public Holidays: Be available to work weekends and public holidays, as required.
