Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Conversion Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process conversions that ensure Fab performance does not compromise NAND wafer level reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess the impact of process changes on product reliability, recommending test flows to prevent excursion events
  • Comprehend detailed process changes and their structural and electrical impact on NAND devices
  • Stay current with external and internal NAND failure modes to assess transition risks
  • Collaborate with NWR engineers to drive Physical Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and long-term countermeasures for failures related to process changes
  • Monitor process conversion run rates weekly and provide mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Processing

Experience: Min 5 yrs in Process integration and/or Process module

Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of Device Physics and ability to interpret circuit schematics
  • Good multitasking skills and ability to set priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
