Reliability Engineer for Non-Volatile Memory Conversion

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to drive the conversion of non-volatile memory processes, ensuring reliability and performance.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing process changes and assessing their impact on NAND wafer level reliability performance.
  • They will work with cross-functional teams to implement reliable and defect-free manufacturing processes.
  • A strong background in device physics and circuit schematics is essential, as is excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that process conversions do not result in excursion events by recommending appropriate test flows.
  • Comprehend detailed process changes and their structural and electrical impact on NAND devices.
  • Stay up-to-date on external and internal NAND failure modes to assess transition risks.
  • Collaborate with NWR engineers to drive Physical Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and long-term countermeasures for failures related to process changes.
