Key Role: Student Enrollment Expert

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Student Enrollment Expert to drive student enrollment by promoting our programs, building relationships with schools and agents, and supporting prospective students throughout the application process.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
  2. Expand Presence in Emerging Markets
  3. Recruit, Train, and Manage Agents for Student Recruitment
  4. Participate in Exhibitions, Open Houses, and Road Shows
  5. Counsel Prospective Students and Handle Enquiries
  6. Support Implementation of Student Enrollment Plans
  7. Provide Administrative Support as Needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Related Field
  • Proven Experience in Student Recruitment (Private Education Institution)
  • Sales Experience in Asia (at least 2 years)
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to Plan and Coordinate Business Plans
  • Discretion and Professionalism Handling Confidential Information
  • Proactive Mindset and Timely Delivery of Results
