Student Enrolment Advisor

This is a critical role that oversees and manages all aspects of student enrolment processes, providing expert advice to students on course planning and management.
Key Responsibilities- Course Planning and Management:
- Coordinate annual unit planning and maintain an up-to-date course matrix ensuring timely approval and communication with stakeholders.
- Manage course transitions, new course registrations, and deregistrations facilitating provision of software and learning facilities.
- Study Plan Creation and Maintenance:
- Develop, update, and communicate study plans aligning with course requirements and unit changes supporting students with enrolment variations.
- Ensure study plans reflect approved changes and are communicated timely to students and stakeholders maintaining accurate records in student management systems.
- Enrolment and Registration Management:
- Oversee smooth enrolment and class registration processes ensuring deadlines and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
- Monitor prerequisites, failed units, and facilitate re-enrolments collaborating with related teams to manage at-risk and terminated students.
- Student Progression and Retention:
- Manage student progression including briefings and application processing monitoring retention rates and intervening early for at-risk students.
- Administration and Reporting:
- Provide enrolment reports and updates to stakeholders ensuring clear communication of enrolment information policies and timelines.
- Other Duties:
- Review and improve enrolment and course planning processes supporting audit preparations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
