Job Title: Studio Lead

The Studio Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring seamless execution of classes and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Handle enquiries, registrations, and follow-ups with a professional tone to build strong relationships with parents and students.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, daily upkeep, attendance tracking, and ensure classes and activities run smoothly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, records, and reporting; support teachers and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
  • Financial Management: Collect fees, maintain financial records, manage inventory, and prepare documentation.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and manage events such as showcases, concerts, exams, and competition participation.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with new program launches, outreach, promotions, and social media efforts to grow the studio.

We are seeking a motivated individual who can take initiative and work confidently without close supervision. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required, with skills in managing records, timelines, and documents accurately.
