Client Care Counsellor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Care Counsellor to join our team. As a Client Care Counsellor, you will provide immediate telephone crisis counseling/interventions to employees and family members of customer organizations, as well as provide consultation to callers who are requesting an Assisted Referral for an employee for an EAP assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides immediate telephone crisis counseling/interventions to employees and family members of customer organizations;
  • Provides consultation to callers who are requesting an Assisted Referral for an employee for an EAP assessment;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Clinical Master's Degree in either Social Work, Sexology, Clinical Counseling, Clinical Psychology or another clinical field of study, be a member of a Canadian Professional Association, and have strong computer skills and mastering current software and applications (such as Microsoft Office).
