Job Title: Service Operations Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Service Operations Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Management Team: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
  • Cafe Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the cafe, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Kitchen Operations: Assist in kitchen work, food preparation, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Front-of-House Operations: Manage front-of-house operations, including beverage preparation, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in an F&B supervisory role or related position in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skillset: Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
