This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging leadership role in a fast-paced service environment. As a Service Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading daily operations of service points, ensuring smooth front-line patient services and adherence to clinical workflows.

You will collaborate closely with nurse managers, clinical leads, and department heads to resolve operational and process issues. Ensuring service points are patient-focused, safe, and compliant with hospital standards will also be a key part of your role.

You will implement initiatives to improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Overseeing business performance including clinical volume, financial targets, and supporting new service initiatives will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a leader, you will lead, mentor, and manage non-clinical staff, including recruitment, training, appraisals, and retention strategies. Facilitating effective communication between staff and management, providing timely solutions to operational challenges, will be crucial to your success.

In addition, you will participate in hospital committees and cross-departmental projects to enhance overall healthcare service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree level in Public Health/Business Management or related studies, and 3-5 years of working experience in healthcare operations, hospital service management, or patient-facing clinical support.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding non-clinical staff, are essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities are also required.

A deep understanding of hospital workflows, patient care processes, and clinical operations is necessary to drive operational improvements while maintaining a high standard of patient service.
