About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Kuok's operations team as a Senior Manager/Manager, Operations. The right candidate will lead the team to ensure the smooth operation of our mall and office buildings, while driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team to manage the service operations and maintenance of our mall and office buildings
  • Plan, formulate, manage, and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of these facilities
  • Implement master schedule maintenance programs for all M&E systems and services
  • Monitor performance of key contractors and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and collate relevant management reports
  • Maintain good relations with tenants and manage tenant fit-out works and Asset Enhancement Projects


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Certified as SFSM (preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a similar capacity
  • Sound knowledge of M&E, Civil Security, Fire Safety and Estate management
  • Possess strong leadership, people management, result-oriented and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Possess good command of both written and spoken English
