Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Systems Analyst to join our team at State Street Bank and Trust Company. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Charles River IMS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level remote management and administration of client production Charles River IMS solutions.
  • Assist clients in optimal use of the system, including user administration, parameter configuration changes, and system availability.
  • Monitor and support daily operational processing, including application and database performance tuning.
  • Implement software patches and version upgrades for Charles River IMS and database software.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of services, including the investigation and implementation of 3rd party tools to enhance and automate delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline, such as Computer Science, IT, Financial Engineering, or Engineering.
  • Experience with Financial Services Investment Management, Trading, or related systems highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to partner with internal departments to deliver superior customer service.
