Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase market share within the Corporate Banking (CTX) domain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value banking clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within the CTX domain.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets set for the region through account mining.
- Manage selected programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and stakeholders at the CXO level, maintaining high-level corporate relationships.
- Champion and support growth initiatives in Singapore, aligning them with global strategies for cohesive regional development.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of experience in sales and business development within the banking domain, particularly in Corporate Banking (CTX).
- Strong knowledge of banking products, especially in Corporate Transactional Banking and Loan Management Systems.
- Able to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing at the CXO level.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
