Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced warehouse manager to oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company guidelines.

  • Implement, organize, and improve systems and work processes to continually enhance workflow and team performance.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and KPIs are met and compliance with company guidelines is maintained.
  • Maintain timely deliveries and upkeep of work documents and records.
  • Review and streamline work processes.
  • Analyze reports and implement improvements based on findings, such as delivery schedules and packing schedules.
  • Develop, document, and train staff on SOPs and WI, and ensure proper maintenance for all changes.
  • Conduct SOP performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring, weekly communication/meeting, and address disciplinary matters with appropriate action.
  • Plan training and development for all employees, including succession planning.
  • Ensure team output and documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Identify and implement training needs for team members and ensure training systems are effective and results-driven.
  • Train new hires/update processes.
  • Manage and uphold discipline of warehouse staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly within FMCG or in-house warehouse settings.
  • Possess Singapore Forklift License.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and people management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and work to strict deadlines.
  • Competent in computer applications and data analytical skills.
  • 5.5 days work week.
  • Warehouse location: Tuas.
  • Company transport: Lakeside.
