Warehouse Operations Leader

The Warehouse Operations Manager plays a vital role in leading the planning and execution of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high-quality service.

  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures to improve warehouse productivity and accuracy.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce costs.
  • Managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing storage capacity.
  • Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warehouse Operations Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, manage inventory levels, and optimize storage capacity.
  3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
