Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

This position is responsible for supervising an operations team in managing warehouse operations and activities.

The incumbent will lead the team to achieve the department's KPI goals and prepare, maintain, and update documentation of processes to meet accounts requirements and changes in customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include ensuring work processes are in compliance with documented procedures, proper housekeeping of the warehouse, and timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities.

The incumbent will also supervise and monitor the performance of employees to ensure standard practices and proper care of using equipment, materials, and supplies in the warehouse.

Additionally, they will provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff, perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancy, and ensure timely updating of WMS on stocks return and follow-up system updates of closeout items.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or above in Logistics Management or equivalent

Experience: 6 years working experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations with at least 3 years in supervisory position

Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS), and good understanding of Customer requirements for business
