Warehouse Operations Supervisor Job Description

This job is about managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with regulations.

  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily activities and setting goals for the warehouse team.
  • Lead the team to achieve departmental KPIs by streamlining processes and improving inventory management.
  • Document and maintain up-to-date records of processes, procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure work processes align with company policies and industry standards.
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely updates to the WMS.

Qualifications Summary

Experience:
  • Requires at least 6 years of experience in a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
Education:
  • Degree or higher in Logistics Management or equivalent field.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics management.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
