Warehouse Operations Manager Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the warehouse team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution of duties.

  • A strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and inventory control is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

">

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, including coordinating with suppliers and customers as needed.

  • Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, goods movement, and stock levels in the WMS system.

  • Participate in stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Handle and resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and staff conflicts.

  • Ensure efficient space utilization and layout planning.

  • Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff.

  • Monitor equipment usage and coordinate preventive maintenance or repair as needed.

  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.

  • Capable of performing manual tasks and willing to be hands-on when required.

  • Knowledge of workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations is an advantage.
