As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes supervising a team of employees to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and providing on-the-job training as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position. They should also have a diploma or above in Logistics Management or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and the ability to generate and analyze inventory reports. They will also have good understanding of customer requirements and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the performance of employees to ensure standard practices and proper care of using equipment, materials, and supplies in the warehouse.
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse operations.
- Lead the team to achieve departmental KPI goals.
- Prepare, maintain, and update documentation of processes to meet accounts requirement and changes in customer requirements.
- Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities.
- Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancy.
- Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis, and related reports.
- Highlight to Operations Manager for any irregularity in the warehouse.
- Ensure warehouse operations safety and security.
- Communicate with customer on operations and service issues.
- Provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff.

Experience:
This position requires 6 years working experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations with at least 3 years in supervisory position.
