Warehouse Operations Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy of stock records
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Generate reports on warehouse performance and provide insights to management to drive business growth and improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
