We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to provide strategic legal advice and support on various matters, including corporate structuring, strategic partnerships, and transactional issues.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate development, partnerships, and other transactional matters.
- Support complex transactional and project-related tasks, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Assist with review, evaluation, and negotiation of procurement contracts.
- Offer general legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, such as employment law, disputes, and more.
- Liaise with external counsel and monitor legal developments impacting the organization.
- Legally qualified with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in both private practice and in-house settings.
- Previous exposure and experience in project development, EPC, M&A, and financing transactions is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the energy industry or experience providing legal advice to these industries is beneficial.
