The Spiritual Development Leader plays a pivotal role in fostering the spiritual growth and development of youth.

About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing and guiding youth programmes, including small groups, combined sessions, Youth Camps, and other events. The ideal candidate will provide vision, direction, and leadership to empower youth leaders and facilitate their growth.

  • Lead and oversee youth programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance youth engagement and participation
  • Collaborate with volunteers and parents to support youth ministry efforts
  • Disciple and train youth leaders, equipping them with skills and knowledge to serve effectively
  • Mentor and empower youth to take ownership of their faith journey
  • Foster partnerships with church committees to advance the organisation's mission
  • Represent the organisation in Conference matters as assigned

Requirements:
