  • To lead appointed duties as per SCDF regulations for Army Camps, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • To develop and execute ERPs for premises, ensuring compliance with fire safety requirements.
  • To train occupants in first aid, firefighting, and evacuation procedures during emergencies, promoting a culture of safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing incident reports in the event of fires and other related emergencies.
  • Conducting audits to ensure fire safety requirements are met.
  • Advising on fire-fighting equipment for the Company Emergency Response Team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management/Mechanical/Electrical/Building or equivalent.
  • Registration with SCDF as FSM/Senior FSM.
  • At least 3 years of experience as appointed FSM for large buildings/estates.
