Senior Regulatory Reporting Consultant

As a Senior Consultant in Regulatory Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in driving the requirements and validation processes within the regulatory reporting sector. Your expertise will be essential in leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.

  • Product Ownership: You will act as an experienced product owner, overseeing significant projects and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Regulatory Expertise: A deep understanding of Indonesian central bank regulatory reporting, including OJK, PPATK, and LPS, is crucial for this role.
  • Strategic Implementation: You will define and drive strategies for implementation, migration, change management, testing, deployment, and parallel runs.
  • Workflow Analysis: Your experience with Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), and Back Office (BO) workflows will be vital in reviewing system redundancies and conducting gap analyses.
  • Testing and Validation: You will create comprehensive test cases to ensure all business functions and requirements are adequately addressed during testing phases.
  • Business Liaison: Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users, you will ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical deliverables.
  • Documentation: You will perform gap analyses and create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), interviewing users to develop current and target state business process flows.
  • Requirements Formalization: Formalizing business requirements using tools such as JIRA and Confluence will be part of your responsibilities.
  • Test Case Management: You will draft, review, and formalize test cases, ensuring they are approved by the business before executing the delivery plan.
  • Technical Competence: Proficiency in REGLA reporting and SQL is essential for this position.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with developers, you will contribute to solution design and implementation.
  • Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge across various asset classes, including financial instruments and trade life cycles, is required.
  • Trade Processing: Experience in implementing Straight Through Processing (STP) across multiple source platforms is necessary.
  • Regulatory Reporting Experience: A minimum of ten years working in a regulatory reporting environment, covering LBUBasel, IFRS, GOAML, and LPS reports for Indonesian regulators, is mandatory.
  • Data Querying: Familiarity with data querying tools, REGLA, and SQL is expected.
  • User Support: Post-implementation, you will provide end-user support and engage in ongoing releases, including enhancements or rule changes.
  • Change Management: You will manage change requests, updates to rule logic, and support development, testing, and reviews during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production go-live.
  • Operational Efficiency: Your role will involve driving and improving front-to-back operational efficiencies.
