Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Attend to phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Upsell and promote menu items, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.
    • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Front-of-House Operations
    • Manage the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
    • Ensure seamless service delivery, including table management, order taking, and food and beverage service.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the dining room, bar, and restrooms.
  • Leadership and Training
    • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
    • Train and develop front-of-house staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates on company initiatives and policies.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Manage front-of-house supplies, including linens, glassware, and silverware.
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, including adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and report any incidents or accidents to management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
