Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with IT application, data systems, ERP, CRM, or similar projects. Proven track record of managing large-scale implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce. Knowledge of data management concepts, including ETL, data warehousing, and analytics tools. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Asana. Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
