Training Platforms Administrator

Job Summary
INTERPOL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Capacity Building and Training Directorate as a Training Platforms Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our training programs and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain our training management system (TMS/LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the user experience and engagement with our training platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for training-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of our digital learning strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- Professional experience in training administration, instructional design, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training management systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (working language of INTERPOL).
