Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge and promoting our advanced medical equipment.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail or sales, preferably in a similar industry. A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences is essential, as is the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

In addition to your sales skills, you should be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. You will also be required to lift boxes and other items up to 20kg.

We offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging and guiding walk-in customers in a friendly, patient manner
  • Sharing product knowledge
  • Explaining the benefits of electric potential therapy and wellness tools
  • SUPPORTING TEAM SALES GOALS
  • Providing excellent after-sales service
  • Working closely with your team on marketing campaigns and in-store experiences

Requirements:

  • Open to work on full shifts, weekends and public holidays
