Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation and efficient delivery of sales services.
  • Responsible for sales of products in their category, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Handle inventory management, housekeeping, and merchandising to maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and selling skills, maintaining a stocked selling floor, assisting with display or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
  • Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards.
  • Courteously and professionally handle customer refunds.

Requirements:

  • Will work on roster based on retail hours, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
