Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, providing outstanding customer service, and cultivating strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of our brand DNA, recognizable craftsmanship, and innovation in all our creations.

You will contribute to developing a unique client experience by sharing memorable inspiring moments, foster trusted relationships with clients, and become a Brand Ambassador of our Maison in the Boutique as well as at external events.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment. They should be able to work in a fast-paced retail store environment, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have confidence in handling high-value transactions.

  • Sales performance & customer service:
    • Contribute to achieving sales targets
    • Assist clients with Customer Service needs
    • Cultivate strong client relationships
    • Deliver outstanding client service and treatment
  • Stock management & merchandising:
    • Provide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise
    • Participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock
    • Implement required visual merchandising guidelines
  • Boutique operations & cash management:
    • Accurately complete sales transactions
    • Maintain proper cash records
    • Adhere to Company policies and procedures
  • Presentation & visibility:
    • Maintain boutique tidiness and decoration
    • Represent the Brand by wearing the provided uniform

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence in handling high-value transactions
  • Computer and internet savvy
  • MS Office experience required
