Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Part-Time Retail Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day retail operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in achieving individual sales and store sales targets.
  • Perform cashiering duties and handle various payment transactions with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage in-store visual merchandising displays and floor-set changes to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales, and customer service best practices to provide excellent WOW service experiences to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the manager to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

  • Energetic and proactive individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong sales and customer-oriented skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, for 35 hours per week.
