Job Opportunity: Logistics Service Specialist

The role of a logistics service specialist revolves around ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials from one location to another. This position requires individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Responsibilities include receiving and processing inventory, conducting cycle counts, and identifying discrepancies in cargo.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by meeting requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Organizing delivery and collection processes, supervising loading and unloading operations, and communicating with customers.
  • Supervising service handlers and providers, and taking proactive measures to prevent errors and omissions.
Requirements
  • Techncial certificate or diploma; proficiency in Excel, Word, and verbal communication.
  • Self-confidence, calmness, self-motivation, and eagerness to serve.
  • Possession of iWMS or SAP knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
