Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and monitor the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.
  • Collect and interpret data from various sources (databases, ERP, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with supplies to ensure timely stock availability.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound delivery
  • Coordinate with transport service providers.
  • Track inventory levels and manage stock to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics-related documentation (e.g., inbound documents, POD).
  • Generate reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with customer regarding delivery schedules and order fulfilment.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or losses.

Work Experience & Qualification

  • Min Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Data Science / Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics
  • Experience / knowledge in Supply Chain/ Logistics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, etc.)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Good working knowledge with Ms Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Inventory management modules of any ERP Systems will be advantageous
