**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely information on shipment status, delivery schedules, and other logistics-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as warehouse and transportation, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed support and advice to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and terminology is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
