Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in the CRM department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and implementing effective CRM strategies to improve customer relationships and boost sales growth.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, machine sales, and CRM activities. In-depth knowledge of biomedical equipment and technology is essential for this position, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads for machine sales through research, networking, and outreach activities
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to uncover new sales opportunities
  • Implement and manage effective CRM strategies to improve customer relationships and boost sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, machine sales, and CRM activities
