Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Demand Generation Specialist to join our international marketing team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in generating and nurturing leads to the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:
  1. Accelerate the growth of sales and market share of our emergency responder and industrial health and safety products.
  2. Drive end-user engagement and increase demand through marketing-driven initiatives.
  3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation (graphics, videos, blogs) across multi-channels.
  4. Promote content through email, social media, and other channels to generate new leads.
  5. Track and optimize campaign performance for lead conversion.
  6. Nurture and follow up leads to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to sales.
  7. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support channel partner training and market expansion.
  8. Utilize CRM to manage leads and provide market insights to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Languages: Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa), Malay, or other Southeast Asia languages, with strong written and spoken English as the working language.
  • Experience: Proven experience in content creation, including graphics, videos, blogs, and digital advertising.
  • Social Media: Strong experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Line, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate globally, manage campaigns independently, and deliver impactful results.
