Customer Engagement Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer retention strategy, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers at risk of leaving to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer behavior and track metrics such as satisfaction levels, usage patterns, and engagement to identify early signs of dissatisfaction or potential customer churn.
  • Develop and execute targeted retention campaigns using various mediums such as email, SMS, and phone outreach to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer retention, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret customer data effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer retention tools.
