Schedule Coordinator and Administrative Support Specialist
Description:This role involves coordinating the CEO's schedule, managing their diary, and arranging meetings and travel. As a Schedule Coordinator and Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, file management, and correspondence. You will also assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as required. Additionally, you will support the CEO with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in executive or personal assistant roles, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
