Programme Management Professional Lead

We are seeking a skilled Programme Management Office Analyst Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in project planning, processing invoices, and raising POs related to programme stakeholders.
- Project Initiation and Planning:
- Support Project managers in project planning and stakeholder identification
- Communication plan and organisational meetings
- Preparation of presentation materials (Steering Committee Decks)
Project Execution:
- Safekeeping of all programme artefacts
- Tracking of key risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions
- Update of project plans and decision log
- Tracking open actions and record minutes of the meeting
Project Control & Reporting:
- Prepare and consolidate workstream updates for project status reporting
- Ensure required documentation sign-offs are tracked and recorded
- Maintain programme processes compliant with audit requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Financial/Asset Management/Banking Industry exposure preferred
- Proven PM experience on supporting business initiatives/projects on Middle or Back Office Operations
- Some experience guiding Junior PMO
Candidate Attributes:
- Dynamic individual who is a self-starter
- High energy, drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and persistence to complete tasks and resolve issues/risk
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written business communication skills
Education / Qualifications:
- Expert user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and projects
- Bachelor degree level
- Project Management Certified (PMP), Prince 2 preferred
