Lead Counsellor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Counselling & Therapy Service (CTS) in Singapore. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for empowering young people.

About the Job:

  • Develop and participate in outreach initiatives to raise awareness of our services.
  • Serve as Programme In-Charge for CTS and implement strategies to grow and strengthen the service.
  • Conduct comprehensive counselling assessments and deliver individual and group interventions.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely case records.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing outreach initiatives to promote our services.
  • Serving as Programme In-Charge for CTS and driving growth and development.
  • Providing comprehensive counselling assessments and interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely case records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counselling or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the social service sector or a related field.
  • Registered Counsellor with a recognised professional body.
  • Prior experience in providing case and/or clinical supervision to counsellors and social service practitioners.
