Job Title: Counselling Services Coordinator


The University Counselling Centre is seeking a motivated and organized individual to support the front desk, administrative, and operational tasks within the centre. The role contributes to efficient client appointment management, stakeholder communication, data handling, and daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and providing information on programs and services.
  • Schedule appointments, manage telephone calls and email enquiries, and perform centre-related administrative duties.
  • Support ad-hoc departmental projects and activities as assigned by management to deliver counselling and wellbeing services to the university community.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, Data Science, or a related field with client-facing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of front-end and data visualization tools for analytics (e.g., dashboards, reports); experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, Qualtrics or similar tools is preferred.
