Job Title: Junior Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Junior Executive at our Counselling Centre.

About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting individuals in need. As a Junior Executive, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and organized environment, managing front desk operations efficiently, and assisting clients in a compassionate manner.

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

You will also be responsible for liaising with counselling professionals, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Reception Duties
  2. Liaison with New Clients
  3. Appointment Scheduling
  4. Communication
  5. Maintain Reception Area, the Counselling Centre and its Surrounding
  6. Client Admin Record Management
  7. Emergency Situations
