We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Front Office Associate to join our team at MGH Hospitality PTE. LTD. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform check-in and check-out duties in accordance with hotel standards
  • Update guest information in our property management system
  • Filing and storage of guest registration cards
  • Checking and charging of daily arrivals and departures
  • Performing daily room inspections and reporting any issues
  • Preparing and sending daily hotel reports to relevant parties
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Previous work experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar role is preferred
  • Commitment to work a 5-day work week including shifts and weekends
  • Experience with property management software and online travel agent websites is an advantage
